THE POWER OF GARLIC ON SEX/FERTILITY

There are so many people who do not even want to hear the word garlic, others know it's benefits but do not make any effort in directly using it simply because of the odour. Some of these people go after different alcoholic drinks that promises sex drive and good erection.

What if I tell you that garlic can act as an aphrodisiac, can help with fertility by making the sperms healthy and increasing it, it increases blood flow in the body, reduces stress to make one go for more rounds and what if I tell you it can make a man have good erection???

Let's get to the science of it.  Garlic contains a chemical called allicin. Allicin is responsible for many of garlic’s amazing health benefits including its antimicrobial, and anti-hypertension properties. This compound prevents plaques from building up in arteries and enhances blood flow to the genital area which increases the production of sperm. Garlic also contains nitric oxide synthase, or NOS, which plays an important role in a healthy erection. Garlic provides the body with selenium and vitamin B6 which are responsible for the mechanism of healthy sperm production.

According to the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA), normal testosterone levels for men range from 300–1000 ng/dl. When a man’s testosterone falls below this range, he can experience a wide range of symptoms. These include low sex drive, difficulty achieving erection, low semen volume, hair loss, fatigue and lack of energy, loss of muscle mass, weight gain and decrease in bone density. Interestingly, allicin effectively impedes the production of stress hormones called cortisol. Among other negative things, cortisol competes with testosterone for certain parts of muscle cells. Which means that taking in garlic will cause the allicin to help the testosterone to play it's role without any hindrance. Do you know that testosterone is also responsible for sex drive? OHHH yes it does!

Garlic is also full of selenium as well as vitamin C and B16, which prevents chromosome defects and damage.

    1. Hello Izzy, I think besides taking organic garlic you may need to have some medical exam done to enable you understand the cause of secondary infertility. Do that and then explore all natural/organic methods, I believe it'll help you greatly. Thanks
